Apply by completing the short survey here: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/xEDddPBBpomdgWBh What you'll do Partner closely with the doctor, hygiene, and front office to deliver care at a high clinical and aesthetic standard Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and teammates Own clinical cases from setup through completion Oversee inventory and keep the supply budget on track Assist chairside across a full range of procedures: restorative, endo, perio, oral surgery, implants, and clear aligners Maintain accurate patient records and charting in our practice management software Help patients understand and move forward with the care they need What we're looking for 1+ years of dental assisting experience Clear, confident communicator Eaglesoft familiarity is a plus Spanish fluency is a plus Curious, coachable, and committed to getting better Reliable, warm, and detail-driven What you get $19–$25/hr based on experience Paid time off and holiday pay Dental benefits Continuing education, paid by the practice Monday–Thursday schedule, Fridays off A supportive team that has your back A real path to long-term growth If you'd rather work for a practice that puts people over profit and craftsmanship over shortcuts, we'd love to hear from you.
