Weekend Dental Front Office / Patient Coordinator Camarillo Premier Dental Group is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and highly personable Weekend Front Office / Patient Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. You should be warm, confident, organized, and comfortable communicating with patients both in person and over the phone. Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right personality and work ethic. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create an excellent first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Help patients understand insurance benefits and estimated costs Make outbound calls to patients with unscheduled treatment and overdue recare Follow up with patients and help keep the schedule productive Collect payments and maintain accurate patient information Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide a smooth patient experience Who We're Looking For Friendly, upbeat, and naturally comfortable talking with people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident discussing treatment and finances Comfortable making outbound patient calls Reliable and consistently available on weekends Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented Dental front office experience is a plus, but not required for an exceptional candidate Experience with Open Dental is a plus About Us Camarillo Premier Dental Group is a growing private dental practice focused on excellent patient care and a high-quality patient experience.
