Pediatric Dental Assistant We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team! Our pediatric dental office is dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable, and fun experience for children and their families. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a warm, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take dental X-rays independently and accurately Perform/provide prophylaxis (prophy) and sealant procedures Provide age-appropriate patient education and encouragement Help children feel comfortable and safe during their visits Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Follow OSHA, infection-control, and office protocols Communicate professionally with parents, children, and team members Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Pediatric dental experience is a plus X-ray certification and dental assisting credentials required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient, positive, and comfortable working with children Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to work with an amazing pediatric patient population Opportunities for professional growth Salary based on experience After probationary period we offer medical insurance, 401K, PTO, and uniforms Full-time, Monday–Friday, No weekends If you love working with children and want to be part of a team that makes every dental visit a positive experience, we’d love to meet you!
