Experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist Burlington County, NJ | Full-Time | Monday-Friday $22-$27+ per hour, based on experience No evenings. No weekends. Hiring Immediately Join an Established Dental Specialty Practice We are an established, busy dental specialty practice in Burlington County looking for an Experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team immediately. Dental office experience is required. We're looking for someone who already understands how a dental office works and can step into a fast-paced front office with confidence. You should be comfortable speaking with patients, answering phones, managing a schedule, working with dental insurance and communicating with other dental offices. Just as important, we're looking for the right personality: dependable, friendly, organized, proactive and professional. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility is helping our patients and keeping the front office running smoothly. You'll: Answer incoming calls and assist patients confidently and professionally Greet patients and create an excellent experience from the moment they arrive Schedule and confirm appointments Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment and financial responsibilities Verify insurance benefits and work with dental insurance companies Review and enter EOBs and insurance information Communicate with referring dentists and their teams Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Collect and communicate patient copays and balances Help maintain an organized and productive schedule Work closely with our doctors, office manager and front office team Jump in and help when the office gets busy You'll Also Have a Role in Our Marketing Once patient care and front desk responsibilities are handled, you'll help with the practice's marketing and referral relationships. This may include: Managing and posting to social media Monitoring online reviews Creating marketing materials and promotions Coordinating gifts and marketing campaigns for referring dental offices Visiting local dental offices Helping maintain relationships with our referring doctors Assisting with other projects that help grow the practice This is not a marketing position with occasional front desk duties. It is an experienced dental front desk position with additional marketing responsibilities. Patient care always comes first. You May Be a Great Fit If... Required Experience Previous dental office experience is REQUIRED Dental scheduling experience Familiarity with dental insurance Knowledge of basic dental terminology and office workflow Experience communicating with patients by phone and in person Strong computer skills and ability to learn new dental software Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday Experience with dental claims, EOBs, insurance verification, treatment coordination or specialty dentistry is a strong plus.
