Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/RDAEF) Fiore Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/RDAEF) to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and works well in a collaborative dental environment. Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Approximately 7:45 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Take dental X-rays as permitted by licensure Provide chairside assistance and help ensure an efficient patient experience Review treatment and post-operative instructions with patients as directed Maintain accurate patient information and clinical documentation Follow proper infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols Help maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms Support the clinical team with day-to-day patient care and associated duties Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current dental X-ray certification/license Strong communication and patient-service skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental environment Strong attention to detail and organization Preferred Qualifications RDAEF licensure or expanded-function experience Experience working in a dental practice Dentrix knowledge or experience Compensation & Benefits $26-44/hour Medical and Vision Insurance 401k matching Bonus plan If you're passionate about dentistry and looking for an opportunity to join a supportive team focused on providing excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
