We are looking for an amazing Hygiene Assistant to join our professional, caring, and fast-paced dental team! We want someone who loves working with patients, enjoys being part of a team, and isn't afraid to stay busy. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and can help keep our hygiene department running smoothly and on time. What You'll Be Doing Assisting our hygienist throughout the day Seating and dismissing patients Taking digital X-rays Setting up and turning over treatment rooms Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection-control procedures Helping keep the hygiene schedule flowing efficiently Stocking rooms and keeping supplies organized Providing a warm, friendly experience for every patient Jumping in and helping the team wherever needed Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and fun to work with Extremely organized and dependable Able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable working at a quick and efficient pace Professional and compassionate with patients A great communicator and team player Self-motivated and able to anticipate what needs to be done next Willing to learn and grow with our office Dental experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, organization, and the right attitude are extremely important to us.
