Your Opportunity

We are seeking a high-integrity, forward-thinking Dentist to join our practice with a clear, structured path toward clinical partnership. This seat is designed for a clinician who wants to step away from the volume-driven DSO (corporate) mindset and establish a long-term private practice home. You will step into an established restorative schedule, inheriting a loyal, highly maintained patient base. Working alongside Dr. Aditya Singh, you will leverage successful, highly optimized systems—including our daily morning huddle and robust administrative engines—allowing you to focus entirely on comprehensive clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, comprehensive clinical care utilizing a "Doctor-as-Teacher" philosophy, utilizing intraoral photography to co-diagnose treatment with patients.
• Maintain the highest standards of local anesthesia techniques, adhering to our practice-wide protocols to ensure a virtually painless, comfortable patient experience.
• Provide high-resolution restorative treatment plans and execute bread-and-butter clinical schedules.
• Engage with the back-office team using clear pass-off protocols to keep clinical schedules running smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to review practice growth, clinical case acceptance rates, and alignment with our core organizational metrics.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Arizona Dental License and DEA License.
• Proven private practice or clinical experience with a strong foundation in comprehensive restorative dentistry.
• Advanced surgical extraction or endodontics skills are a significant plus.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a dedication to spending quality time with patients to explain the clinical "why" behind their health investments.
• Openness to collaborating within established Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) structures and clinical calibration standards.
