We're seeking a highly motivated Dental Receptionist / Front Desk who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, though we welcome recent graduates from accredited programs who demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to their craft.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
• Call or message patients days in advance to confirm upcoming slots
• Fill cancellations promptly from the waitlist to protect clinic productivity
• Check insurance eligibility and benefits before treatment.
   
• Collect co-pays, process cash or credit card payments, and explain financial options.
   
• Update electronic patient records, charts, and manage digital or physical document filing.
• Prepare daily schedules and close out transactions at the end of the day.
