What You'll Be Doing

As our hygienist, you’ll play an important role in both our patients’ oral health and their overall experience in the practice.

• Provide comprehensive hygiene and periodontal care

• Take digital X-rays

• Perform periodontal charting and assessments

• Educate patients about oral health and periodontal conditions

• Build strong relationships with patients

• Collaborate with the doctor and team on patient care

• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols

Requirements

• Valid California Dental Hygiene license

• Current CPR certification

• Comfortable taking digital X-rays

• Laser certification is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• $65–$75/hour, based on experience

• Performance based incentives

• Part-time

• Flexible scheduling
