We’re looking for a bubbly, hardworking, and reliable Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is friendly and welcoming with patients, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy dental office.

Responsibilities include:
• Patient check-in & occasional check-out
• Insurance verification
• Dental claims submission
• Scheduling and answering phones
• Reviewing patient information and keeping the front office organized

• Providing an excellent patient experience from arrival to checkout

What we’re looking for:
• Dentrix experience/training required
• Dental front office experience preferred
• Bubbly, positive personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help
