Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements, including insurance and patient billing
• Ensure perfect patient experience including treatment pesentation and acceptance
• Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
• All front office duties in preparation for potential management position
