Associate General Dentist — Private Practice | Wednesday–Saturday

We are looking for a General Dentist to join our team at Dental Depot. While our office carries the Dental Depot name, this location is privately owned and operated, which gives us the ability to work directly with our doctors to create a clinical environment and compensation structure that makes sense for them.

We aren't looking for someone to simply fill a schedule. We're looking for a doctor who wants to become part of a well-supported practice, provide excellent patient care, and have the autonomy to practice dentistry in a way that works for both the doctor and our patients.

The Schedule

Wednesday–Saturday

Saturdays are intentionally lighter and primarily consist of hygiene examinations and emergency visits. Routine treatment is not typically scheduled on Saturdays; however, a doctor who prefers to perform treatment on Saturdays would have the flexibility to do so.

Compensation

We are flexible on compensation because we recognize that the right structure can look different depending on the doctor.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, tenure, clinical capabilities, schedule and the structure that makes the most sense for the candidate and the practice.

We are open to discussing options such as:

• Percentage-based compensation
• A guaranteed daily minimum with the ability to exceed the guarantee based on production/performance
• Other mutually agreed-upon compensation structures

We would rather have a conversation about what you're looking for than force every doctor into the same compensation model.

Clinical Autonomy

One of the advantages of our practice is flexibility.

Although we operate under the Dental Depot name, our location is privately owned, allowing us to work directly with our doctors regarding how they prefer to practice, the procedures they enjoy performing and how they would like to structure their clinical day.

We want our doctors to be able to focus on dentistry — not feel like they're practicing from a corporate script.

A Team Around You

You will not be expected to do everything yourself.

Our practice has team members dedicated to each area of the patient experience, along with dental assistants dedicated to supporting our doctors.

Our goal is to give the doctor the clinical and administrative support necessary to stay focused on patient care and dentistry while the team handles the responsibilities surrounding them.

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Dentist, you will diagnose, treatment plan and provide comprehensive general dentistry based on your clinical experience and comfort level.

Procedures may include:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Extractions
• Endodontics
• Removable prosthodontics
• Emergency dentistry
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Preventive and hygiene examinations

We recognize that every dentist has different strengths and clinical interests. We are open to discussing the procedures you enjoy performing as well as areas you may or may not want incorporated into your schedule.

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Arizona dental license, or eligibility for Arizona licensure
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry
• Good communication with patients and team members
• A doctor who values collaboration while maintaining clinical independence

Experience is welcome, but fit matters to us just as much as what's on a résumé.

Working Interview

For candidates who appear to be a strong mutual fit, we prefer to arrange a paid working interview over several days, as appropriate and consistent with applicable licensing/employment requirements.
