Responsibilities

• Must know Billing/insurance verification and be familiar with Dentrix 

Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements

• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
