Orthodontic Office Receptionist - Pinnacle Peak Orthodontics - Scottsdale, AZ

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and help patients with questions and concerns - Schedule appointments and manage the calendar - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed - Knowledge of Orthodontics/ Dental Assisting a must - Previous experience in a dental/ orthodontic office preferred.
