We are a 2 doctor practice with high employee retention rate looking for the right person to complete our team. Privately owned with same 2 doctors for over 20 years. Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Requirements: - Valid state dental hygiene license - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficiency in using Dentrix - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Ability to Commute: Beachwood, NJ 08722 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
