Our motto is âStay Smiling, Stay Connected.â We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Patient Coordinator to join our front-office team and work closely with our Front Office Lead. What Weâre Looking For At least 1 year of dental front-office experience required Able to verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Comfortable helping patients understand their insurance coverage, estimated copays, limitations, and financial responsibility Comfortable with dental terminology, scheduling, treatment plans, and patient communication Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure Reliable, organized, and strong with follow-through Team-oriented, coachable, and willing to help when others are busy Able to take initiative and continue learning Interested in a stable, long-term position with room to grow Position Details Pay: $24â$28/hour, based on experience Schedule: TuesdayâFriday + occasional Mondays and Saturdays Job Type: Full-time Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660 â in person Benefits: Paid time off Dental benefits Professional development and training Mandarin speaking ability is preferred, but not required.
