Amherst Dental Group : Experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist $20–$28 per hour | Monday–Friday Amherst Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are a busy, well-established dental practice that has proudly served our community for more than 40 years . Previous DENTAL OFFICE experience is required for this position. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and confident communicating with patients. The ideal candidate understands how a dental front office operates and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience from the first phone call through checkout. Responsibilities & Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience required Ability to read and understand dental EOBs Knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and patient responsibilities Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients Discussing insurance benefits and patient balances Collecting and posting patient payments Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a busy dental practice A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Our office uses FUSE, the web-based version of Eaglesoft . Previous FUSE experience is not required, and training will be provided.
