Endodontic Dental Assistant – Private Specialty Practice We are a small, friendly endodontic specialty practice seeking a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, caring, organized, and eager to learn and grow with our practice. Schedule 4-5 days per week 7:45AM – 5:00 PM Weekends off Minimum Requirement Current California X-Ray License Experience No prior endodontic or dental assisting experience necessary New graduates are encouraged to apply We are happy to provide hands-on training and teach the right candidate the skills needed to become a confident, long-term endodontic dental assistant. Responsibilities may include: Chairside assisting during root canal treatment and other endodontic procedures Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Taking dental radiographs Sterilization and infection-control procedures Helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Maintaining an organized and efficient clinical environment Supporting the doctor and team with day-to-day clinical needs We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Friendly, compassionate, and professional with patients Detail-oriented and organized Able to work efficiently in a specialty dental setting Eager to learn and receptive to training A positive team player *Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus but not required.* Compensation Salary is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
