Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Victorville, CA
Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) S&S Denta l is a newly opening dental office in Victorville, CA, and we are looking for two dependable and motivated Dental Assistants / Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing team. We are building our team from the ground up and are looking for people who want to grow with the practice long-term. Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take digital X-rays when properly certified Perform sterilization and infection-control procedures Maintain and organize dental instruments and supplies Assist with efficient patient flow throughout the day Document appropriate clinical information Provide patient instructions as directed by the dentist Support other clinical team members when needed Follow OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols Perform duties appropriate to the team member's California license, permits, and certifications Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred California RDA license preferred, but not required Appropriate California certifications/permits for assigned duties Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable learning new systems and adapting as the practice grows Dentrix experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Pay: $20.00â$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and RDA status. Schedule: Approximately 32â40 hours per week. The practice may initially operate four days per week, with the schedule potentially expanding as the practice grows.
