Key Responsibilities Digital Scanning & Clear Aligners: Operate our iTero Intraoral Scanner to capture high-definition digital impressions, specifically for Invisalign setups and monitoring. Patient & Treatment Coordination: Confidently discuss dental needs with patients, explain treatment plans, answer clinical questions, and help guide them through their care options like a seasoned treatment coordinator . Clinical Assisting: Provide excellent chairside assistance to both the dentist and the dental hygienist throughout the day to ensure smooth, efficient patient visits. 3D Printing Lab: Process digital files to run our 3D printer , fabricating high-quality dental models, nightguards, and retainers. In-Office Milling: Manage the CAD/CAM workflow to mill, polish, and finalize same-day crowns . Clinical Excellence: Setup/breakdown treatment rooms, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure you arrive on time and prepared to launch the day smoothly.
