Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Las Vegas, NV

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and helping patients understand their treatment and financial options. Spanish and English is required. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Review treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances Process insurance claims and assist with insurance follow-up Maintain accurate patient records Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members Help maintain an organized and efficient front office Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and appointments Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements Qualifications Previous dental front-office experience preferred Fluent Spanish and English required Experience with dental insurance preferred Dentrix experience preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional and friendly personality Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy dental office Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options with patients The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Patient-focused and personable Confident communicating with patients A strong team player Organized and detail-oriented Able to stay calm and professional in a busy environment Willing to learn and take initiative Experience in a dental office is strongly preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate with strong customer-service and administrative experience.
