Front Office Dental Receptionist Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience, availability, and attitude) We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental team. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent customer service skills, enjoys working with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced dental office. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and obtain patient information Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently Manage recalls and patient communications Perform general front office administrative duties Qualifications Previous dental front office experience is required Experience with Ascend cloud-based practice management software is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player Ability to multitask in a busy environment Compensation $18.00–$22.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, availability, and overall attitude.
