How Our Compensation Works $45 per hour: For a hygienist seeking a traditional clinical role focused primarily on providing excellent preventive hygiene services. Up to $60 per hour: For a hygienist who embraces a comprehensive, team-based approach—someone who educates patients, identifies their needs, communicates clinical findings, supports periodontal and restorative treatment, and works alongside the doctor to help patients achieve long-term oral health. This is not about aggressive selling or production pressure . It is about recognizing disease, educating patients honestly, communicating effectively, and helping people understand the care they need.
