Overview We are seeking a entry-level to Junior Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role combines clinical and administrative responsibilities; however, majority of the work will be clinical support as a junior dental assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work chairside with the doctor while also assisting with administrative and patient service duties as needed. All of our team members are cross-trained! Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Dental office experience or experience with dental or such software is highly desired. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, providing chairside support as needed. Will train the right candidate. Learn to manage patient scheduling, including appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups. Experience with CareStack or other dental software preferred. Verify insurance coverage and handle medical collections efficiently Ensure the dental office is well-organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies Conduct intake procedures for new patients, including gathering medical history and care plans Utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks such as filing, typing reports, and managing correspondence Requirements Previous experience in a dental office , preferably as dental assistant , and familiarity with dental terminology is preferred Familiarity with dental software, and computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care while enhancing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
