Musselman Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our small, close-knit team!

What You'll Do
This is primarily a clinical/back-office position, with opportunities to help with front-office tasks when needed.
- Chairside assisting
- Bringing patients back and preparing them for treatment
- Taking dental X-rays
- iTero scanning
- Making temporary restorations
- Applying topical anesthetic
- Operatory setup and room turnover
- Sterilization and instrument processing
- Keeping operatories clean, stocked and organized
- Helping maintain smooth patient flow
- Assisting with phones, greeting patients and scheduling when needed
- Pitching in wherever the team needs help
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience
- Current Arizona X-ray certification required
- Comfortable taking dental X-rays independently
- Strong clinical assisting skills
- Comfortable with sterilization and room turnover
- Friendly, professional and confident with patients
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, organized and able to take initiative
- Someone who enjoys being part of a small team
- Willingness to help wherever needed
