Hi there! Our dental office is on the hunt for an amazing Dental Assistant to join our team and help us take our patient care to the next level.

Our Work Environment

We're a modern dental specialty office with some of the latest tech, like advanced tools/carts, digital imaging, and CBCT scans. We use electronic health records with some AI to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone on our team is on the same page. Our treatment rooms are designed to keep patients comfy, with ergonomic chairs and noise-reducing features to create a calm atmosphere. Safety and cleanliness are a huge priority for us—we follow OSHA and CDC guidelines to the letter, and our sterilization area is always spotless with autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners keeping a good flow. 

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who's passionate about dentistry and eager to make a real difference. You should be skilled in the basics of dental assisting—like chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and keeping things clean and sterile. Super strong people skills and a sharp eye for detail are a must, especially since you'll be a big part of keeping our referring offices in the loop. If you're reliable, organized, and can handle a fast-paced environment like a pro, we'd love to have you on board!

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will include:

• Killing It Clinically: You'll be right there with our dentists during procedures, making sure patients are comfy and safe. That means prepping treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and keeping everything tidy. You will also be quite proficent with taking and dental X-rays.
• Making Patients Feel Welcome: You'll be the first face many patients see, so it's up to you to greet them warmly and show them to their treatment room. Answer any questions they have, ease their nerves, and explain procedures in a way that makes them feel informed and comfortable. Your ability to connect with people will be a game-changer for us.
• Going the Extra Mile: We're all about giving our patients the best experience possible. You'll work closely with our doctors to make sure every patient gets personalized, compassionate care that’s just right for them. Your attention to detail will keep everything running smoothly and ensure top-notch care every time.
