Detailed Dental Assistant Needed For Private Practice

We are a private practice looking for a SUPERSTAR dental assistant to join our team. We are a tenured staff so this job opening is a very rare find. We work Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
• Maintain accurate Dental records and documentation for all patients-We use Dentrix Ascend
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
• Utilize 3D scanners- We use Itero
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
• Experience with 3D scanners (Itero) and general dentistry practices
• Knowledge of general dentistry, Invisalign, and Implants
• Skilled in Dentrix-We use Dentrix Ascend for patient management
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to perform X-rays and manage vital signs
• Experience with Dental documentation and coding
