We are a busy, modern orthodontic practice in South Orange County looking for a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech to join our team part-time! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organized, and wants to grow in orthodontics.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sterilization of instruments and maintaining sterilization area (compliance focused)
• Setting up and breaking down operatories
• Turning over rooms efficiently and keeping supplies stocked
• Assisting the orthodontic team chairside as needed
• Taking records/photos/scans (depending on experience)
• Supporting clinical flow to keep appointments running smoothly
• Following infection control protocols (OSHA/HIPAA)

Requirements:

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Detail-oriented and cleanliness/organization driven
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Prior dental/ortho experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
