Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Concord, CA
At a private dental and orthodontic practice in Concord, CA, the dental assistant is not just there to help the doctor. You are a clinical partner who makes excellent dentistry possible. This is a half-day afternoon-only role for someone who wants focused clinical time without a full-day schedule.
Schedule: Half-day afternoons only, Monday–Thursday.
Pay: $26–$32 per hour, depending on experience.
Spanish fluent required.
RDA preferred — we will consider strong dental assistants without RDA who are coachable and reliable.
In this role, you will:
• Assist chairside efficiently during restorative and other clinical procedures
• Prepare rooms, instruments, materials, and trays with excellence
• Take radiographs, photos, impressions or scans as needed
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory organization
• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Help the doctor stay on schedule through anticipation and clear communication
• Contribute to a calm, polished, team-first clinical environment
