Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, comprehensive clinical care to patients of all ages.
Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver high-quality dental procedures with efficiency and precision.
Foster a warm, trusting rapport with patients through excellent communication and a "people person" approach.
Collaborate closely with our fast-paced, highly organized front office and clinical support team.
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely digital patient records.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted California Dental License (or in the process of obtaining).
Personality: Must be highly personable, energetic, and possess a proactive "go-getter" attitude.
Work Ethic: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-efficiency environment.
Commitment: Seeking a long-term commitment to build deep roots with our patients and community.
Skills: Experience or strong interest in advanced procedures (implants, root canals, surgery, ortho) is a major plus.
