Experienced Dental Assistant Cannon Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This is a part-time position, Tuesday–Thursday , with the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced dental team. We are a busy, modern dental office that provides a wide range of comprehensive dental services. Our assistants have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of procedures, making this a great position for someone who enjoys learning, staying busy, and expanding their clinical skills. What You’ll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and develop dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging Assist with Crown & Bridge, Restorative Dentistry, Extractions, Implants, and Orthodontics Assist with complex restorative procedures and other advanced treatments Assist with Botox procedures as applicable Sterilize and maintain instruments and clinical equipment Take dental impressions/scans and assist with lab procedures Provide a positive and comfortable experience for our patients Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Work closely with the dentist and the rest of the team to keep the schedule running smoothly What We’re Looking For Registered Dental Assistant or experienced Dental Assistant Previous dental assisting experience required Comfortable assisting with a variety of procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Dependable, professional, and a positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Willingness to learn and take on new skills Excellent communication and patient-care skills What We Offer Competitive pay Part-time schedule: Tuesday-Thursday Paid Time Off (PTO) Health and disability insurance 401(k) Continuing education opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities to gain experience with a wide range of dental procedures A modern practice with a focus on quality patient care If you are an experienced Dental Assistant who is looking for a great part-time opportunity with a friendly, growing practice, we’d love to hear from you!
