Oakwood Hills Family Dental is looking to add to our team! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, works well with others, and enjoys being part of a positive, patient-focused dental practice. Position Details Position: Dental Assistant Location: Eau Claire, WI Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: patient care hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday through Thursday and 7:00-1:00 on Friday Pay: $18-$22 depending on experience Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take dental radiographs Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Provide patients with friendly, professional care and reassurance Assist with patient charting and documentation Help with impressions, lab work, and other clinical procedures as needed Maintain infection-control and OSHA standards Provide post-treatment instructions and answer routine patient questions Support the dental team with daily office and clinical duties Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care What We Offer Competitive pay Paid time off Dental care for yourself and immediate family in your household 401K retirement plan and match after 1 year of employment Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity for professional growth Why Join Us?
