Dental Receptionist - Parkside Pediatric Dentists - Concord, CA

We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy and growing pediatric dental practice! Previous dental front-office experience is REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who understands the flow of a dental office and can confidently assist patients and parents with scheduling, insurance, treatment questions, and payments. Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule patient appointments Check patients in and out Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Collect co-pays and outstanding balances Review treatment estimates and financial responsibilities with parents Confirm appointments and help maintain a productive schedule Communicate professionally with patients, parents, insurance companies, and team members Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with general front-office duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental receptionist/front-office experience REQUIRED Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance Strong scheduling and customer service skills Comfortable collecting payments and discussing financial responsibilities Excellent phone and communication skills Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual Spanish required Open Dental experience is a plus Pediatric dental experience is a plus Who We're Looking For We want someone who is friendly, confident, dependable, and experienced .
