We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and confident Dental Front Desk/ Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating treatment recommendations, helping patients understand their financial options, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. Responsibilities: Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional attitude Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans and fees to patients. Discuss insurance benefits, estimates, and patient financial responsibility. Confidently answer patient questions regarding treatment and payment options. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to keep the schedule productive. Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment. Collect copays, deductibles, balances, and payments at the time of service. Process credit card, electronic, and other patient payments. Verify insurance eligibility. Maintain accurate patient records and account information. Prepare and review treatment plans and financial arrangements. Communicate effectively with doctors, dental assistants, and team.
