Do you speak Spanish and enjoy helping people? Are you friendly, organized, and able to keep things moving when the front desk gets busy? Midwest Family Dental Care – Grand Rapids is looking for a Spanish-speaking Front Team Member who can help create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Our front team is more than a reception desk. You’re the first voice patients hear, the first person they see, and an important part of keeping the entire office running smoothly. Being able to communicate with our Spanish-speaking patients is especially important. We want every patient to feel comfortable, understood, and confident about their dental care. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Greeting and checking in patients Communicating with patients in both English and Spanish Answering phones and scheduling appointments Confirming upcoming appointments Verifying insurance eligibility and active coverage Collecting patient payments Entering and updating patient information accurately Helping keep the schedule full and organized Communicating with the clinical team throughout the day Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We want someone who: Speaks both Spanish and English Has a friendly and professional personality Is confident communicating with patients Is dependable and ready to work Can multitask in a busy environment Pays attention to the details Is comfortable answering phones and scheduling Enjoys helping people Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and grow DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS! Previous dental front-office experience is preferred, but strong candidates with customer service, medical office, receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
