Barsoum Dental Chino is looking for a Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our team! We are a private multi-specialty dental office that believes in taking care of our patients and taking care of each other. We are looking for someone who is reliable, kind, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team. We have a large, modern office with a variety of general dentistry and specialty services, so there is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Compensation : Starting at $22/hour, could be higher based on experience What You'll Do Assist doctors with general and specialty dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized operatory Take dental X-rays as permitted by your certification/credentials Set up and break down operatories Sterilize and maintain instruments according to office protocols Assist with patient flow and provide a positive patient experience Take impressions, scans, photos, and other records as needed Communicate effectively with Doctors and the front Help keep the day running smoothly and jump in where needed What We're Looking For Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Previous dental assisting experience preferred Comfortable working and providing excellent care in a busy office Friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients Able to communicate well with doctors and coworkers Organized and able to stay productive without constant direction Willing to learn and help wherever needed Team-oriented attitude is a must Reliable and punctual We value initiative and problem-solving just as much as experience. We appreciate someone who can recognize when a patient or coworker needs help, think through a solution, and take action rather than waiting to be asked. Our Office We are a private practice, not a corporate dental chain. We provide general dentistry along with specialty services, including orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics. Our approach is patient-centered. We believe in conservative treatment, honest communication, and making patients feel comfortable rather than pressured. We also believe that a good workplace should be a place where people can ask questions, help one another, and be treated with respect. Schedule: Full-time: Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends required.
