A well established and growing dental practice in Pleasanton, CA is urgently seeking a Dental Assistant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist in four handed dentistry, managing patient appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. Responsibilities of the Dental Assistant will include, but are not limited to: Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Assisting in surgical procedures, Invisalign, implant and root canal treatments as required. Operatory breakdown and setup; Sterilization duties; patient charting Clinical inventory management Schedule patients for treatment and recalls. Diligent Patient follow-ups to ensure highest level of service. Insurance benefits verification, claims submission and follow-up including doing narratives/attachments as needed. We are looking for a warm, super friendly, highly energetic, quality conscious individual with the below qualifications: 3+ years of chair side Dental Assisting (RDA/DA) experience is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with outstanding phone and chair side etiquette. Organized, reliable, self motivated individual with willingness to learn. Eaglesoft, Archy (or other dental software) experience is required. Good knowledge of dental Insurance details including checking benefits, claims processing, billing and reporting.
