WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and serving others. Additionally, this candidate should be proactive, a self-starter, quick learner , a strong communicator , who has good emotional management , who is humble, ethical, dependable, positive , and solution-oriented . EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Two years of experience working as a dental assistant REQUIRED RDA License REQUIRED Experience with Open Dental software PREFERRED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist Prepare rooms for patient care Anticipate doctor needs and keep schedule flowing Take oral/facial images, digital xrays, digital scan Prepare, sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and environment Help deliver an excellent patient experience and build relationships with our patients Help improve workflow, organization, and efficiency SCHEDULE This can be a part-time or full-time position, Mondays thru Saturday.
