We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently provide a wide range of general dental procedures. We are looking for a professional, compassionate, team-oriented dentist who takes pride in patient care and is open to learning and continued professional growth. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, surgical and routine extractions, and other general procedures. Perform prophylaxis (prophys), periodontal maintenance (Perio M), and scaling and root planing (SRP) as clinically indicated. Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care. Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care. Maintain accurate patient records and follow all clinical and infection-control standards. Work collaboratively with assistants, and the front-office team. Stay current with new techniques, technology, and best practices in dentistry. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active dental license in the state of practice. Minimum 5 years of general dentistry experience. Proficient in surgical extractions, root canals, fillings, prophys, periodontal maintenance, SRPs, and other general dental procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Active malpractice insurance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
