Endodontist – Wednesdays | 1–2 Days/Month Exceptional Dentistry | Palmdale, CA Exceptional Dentistry is a growing, privately owned dental practice seeking an Endodontist to join our team on Wednesdays , initially 1–2 days per month , with the opportunity to add additional Wednesdays as demand grows. We have strong existing endodontic demand and are looking for the right specialist to establish a long-term relationship with our practice. This is not a position where you will be expected to build your own schedule or referral base. Our goal is to provide a productive, pre-scheduled day of approximately 6–8 endodontic cases. Compensation 50% of Net Collections OR $2,000 Daily Minimum Guarantee — whichever is greater. No cap on earnings. Why This Opportunity? This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist who already practices elsewhere in Southern California and wants to add one or two highly productive specialty days per month without needing to develop a new referral base. Qualifications DDS/DMD Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency Active California dental license Comfortable with molar and complex endodontic cases Strong clinical and patient communication skills Experienced Endodontists and graduating Endodontic residents are encouraged to apply.
