You will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide excellent patient care and help create a positive experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. Responsibilities Assist dentists with restorative, crown, implant, and general dental procedures Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended treatment Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Educate patients and provide post-treatment instructions Keep operatories organized, clean, and fully stocked Anticipate the needs of the dentist and clinical team Help patients feel comfortable and cared for Support and mentor newer dental assistants Qualifications Active Dental Assistant II certification 2–4+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Ability to take dental radiographs (X-rays) Strong communication and patient-interaction skills Dependable and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team Most importantly, you care about people and take pride in what you do.
