The right candidate will be proficient in handling patients questions and complaints, familiar with all Insurance breakdown and knowledge, Additional requirement is bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, punctual, organized, and dedicated to high quality care. An individual that can work independently, Professional appearance and great communication skills are a must. A warm and friendly personality is essential.
