Root Canals Rock is a growing endodontic practice looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Because we’re a smaller practice, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, work closely with our referring dental offices, and participate in marketing and fun practice events. We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, exceptional patient care, and is willing to cross-train and assist at the front desk when needed. New graduates are welcome to apply! What You’ll Do Assist the endodontist with root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies, exams, and other procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital radiographs, including periapical and CBCT images Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout treatment Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Assist with scheduling and patient phone calls as needed Participate in marketing efforts and outreach to referring dental offices What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Dental assisting program completion preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Current radiography certification CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable helping both clinical and front-office teams Open Dental experience is a plus You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy providing exceptional patient care Stay calm and professional in a busy environment Are dependable, punctual, and organized Enjoy learning and taking on different responsibilities Want to grow with a fun, patient-focused specialty practice If you’re ready to help us spread the word that Root Canals Rock , we’d love to hear from you!
