Position Overview We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our private restorative dental practice in Buckhead. As the first point of contact for patients, this individual will help create a welcoming experience while ensuring the front office operates efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will combine excellent patient-service skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage the day-to-day priorities of a busy dental office. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, manage check-in, and create a professional, comfortable front-office experience. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient questions, and route inquiries appropriately. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to support an organized and productive daily schedule. Collect and accurately document patient payments. Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims. Maintain accurate and current patient records, insurance information, and related documentation. Anticipate scheduling or administrative issues and help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day. Provide consistently attentive, discreet, and professional service to patients and colleagues. Qualifications Prior dental front-office experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to service. Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow through consistently. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Experience with dental insurance processes and dental practice-management software preferred (Dentrix). Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $55 â 63k Four-day work week, Monday through Thursday. Three weeks of paid vacation, scheduled in coordination with office closures. Paid holidays. Stipend toward medical insurance. At this time, the benefits package is limited to those listed above.
