Dental Assistant Chairside & Front Desk Must Speak Spanish We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant with at least 5 years of chairside experience to provide top-quality care and support to our patients and dentists. We need this candidate to be Bilingual in English and Spanish and must be willing to learn the front desk. Ortho experience a plus Requirements: Available to work 4 days/10 hour day. Mon-Thursday Minimum 5 years of chairside experience Knowledgeable in dental terminology, procedures, and patient care Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Experience with dental software is a plus Willingness to cross-train for front office tasks to assist in areas where additional support is needed. Responsibilities Include: Assisting the dentist during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Taking and processing X-rays and digital scans Managing patient records and updating treatment plans Educating patients on oral care and post-procedure instructions Assisting with inventory control and ordering supplies Ensuring a clean and organized operatory Collaborating with team members for smooth daily operations Confirming patient appointments. Quickly confirming insurance information on dental software. Calling patients for additional documents needed. Providing overall assistance to the front office with check-in and check-out when needed. Providing assistance to the front office with scheduling, patient check-ins, and other administrative tasks.
