Overview Dental Front Office / Patient Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and passionate patient coordinator for our check in desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and an eagerness to learn new applications. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently and independently while delivering amazing service to our patients. Requirements include : At least one year of dental experience Strong computer application skills- Will train on Dentrix /Weave High Attention to organization and detail Availability Mon- Thurs 8:15am- 5:00pm and Fri 9:00am-2:00pm Job responsibilities include: Answering phones, making appointments, checking in patients, processing in-take forms, filling schedule, processing specialists' correspondence, managing the email account, billing, and patient financial arrangements.
