Job Title: Bilingual Dental Front Desk Team Member (English/Spanish) Location: Lenoir City, TN Job Type: Full-time About Our Practice Our growing pediatric dental office in Lenoir City is looking for a friendly, organized, bilingual Front Desk Team Member to join our practice! As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, seamless, and stress-free dental experience for children and parents alike. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and parents with a welcoming, positive attitude during check-in and check-out. Provide fluent Spanish translation support for registration, treatment plans, and appointment instructions. Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to parent inquiries, and schedule appointments. Verify dental insurance coverage and process co-pays or payments. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily schedule flow. Qualifications Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Experience: 1+ years of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience (dental or medical office background is a strong plus). Skills: Proficient with computers, strong communication and phone etiquette, and excellent multitasking abilities.
