We are seeking an experienced and professional Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established, paperless dental practice. Our office places a strong emphasis on exceptional patient care and teamwork.

Dentrix knowledge and general dentistry experience is required.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and delivers outstanding customer service. You must be friendly, positive, an excellent multi-tasker, and a true team player. This position focuses heavily on treatment coordination and patient communication while supporting all front office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and present dental treatment plans with clarity and confidence

• Work closely with doctors to help patients understand and connect with recommended treatment

• Schedule to goal and maintain productive schedules

• Ensure excellent communication and accurate documentation

• Manage scheduling, including overdue re-care appointments

• Answer multiple phone lines professionally

• Check patients in and out

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility

• Support all aspects of the dental front office as needed

• 40 hours per week
