Endodontic Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Endodontic Specialty Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our doctors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. 

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties designed to enhance the patient experience and streamline clinical workflows. You will assist in preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in patient care by taking CBCT scans, excellent dental radiographs, taking vital signs, and providing chairside assistance during procedures. Your keen attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of both patients and docotrs will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless and positive clinical environment.

To excel in this position, you must possess a strong foundation in dental assisting principles and techniques, with a particular emphasis on specialty dental procedures such as root canals and apical surgeries.  You should be proficient in the use of dental software and electronic health records, as well as have a solid understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to effectively interact with patients, their families, and our referring offices.
