REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT ~ NEAL DENTAL in Davis | Full-Time | $23–$27/hour We’re looking for an RDA who takes pride in great dentistry, excellent patient care, and being part of a strong team. The team at Neal Dental is looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team in Davis . We are looking for someone who is confident in the back office, has strong attention to detail, understands the importance of excellent infection control, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. What You'll Do As an RDA on our team, you will play an important role in both patient care and the daily flow of the practice. Your responsibilities will include: Assist the doctor efficiently and confidently during exams, restorative procedures, and other dental treatment Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures Take diagnostic dental radiographs as needed Maintain accurate and complete patient records and clinical documentation Assist with treatment presentations and patient education when appropriate Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit Follow established sterilization and infection-control protocols consistently and thoroughly Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked operatory Work closely with the doctor, hygienists, and front office to ensure a smooth patient experience Help maintain an efficient schedule and support the team wherever needed What We're Looking For The right person for our team is: A current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Reliable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced general dentistry environment Confident assisting with a variety of dental procedures Experienced with dental radiographs Knowledgeable about infection control and sterilization procedures Detail-oriented with strong clinical documentation and charting habits Comfortable learning and using dental practice management software Professional, friendly, and able to build rapport with patients A team player who communicates well and is willing to help wherever needed Someone who takes pride in keeping the back office organized, clean, prepared, and efficient What Matters Most to Us We believe a great dental assistant is more than someone who simply "passes instruments."
